This is a skill contest and winners are determined by judges, not by chance.

Open only to U.S. residents (50 states + dc), age 18+. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited.

1. Who's running this and when

This contest is Sponsored by Manychat, Inc. ("Manychat", "we", "us"), 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, #64372, West Hollywood, CA 90069. It starts on June 8, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Our clock is the official one.

2. Who can enter

You can enter if you're a legal resident of the 50 U.S. states or DC and you're at least 18. You can't enter if you work for Manychat or our affiliates, agencies, or prize suppliers, or live with or are related to someone who does, or if you're on the judging panel.

3. How to enter

• Make a video of yourself, under 2 minutes. Show the words "It’s not a real job" on screen — cover the word "not" with an emoji of your choice. 
• Post it publicly to your own Instagram or TikTok. Keep your account public through the end of judging.
• Follow and tag @manychat and use the hashtags #myrealjob in your caption. 
• Fill out the entry form at manychat.com/timessquare with a link to your post. No form = no entry.

One entry per person for the contest. Posting on both Instagram and TikTok doesn't count as two entries. Multiple entrants may not share the same social media account or email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide us with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the account with the winning entry. Entrants may not register/enter with multiple email addresses / social media accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register/enter under multiple identities. No bots, no scripts, no fake accounts. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win a prize.

4. What your video can't include

Your video has to be your own original work and created solely by you. It can't include:

• music, footage, images, logos, or anyone else's content you don't have the right to use;
• anyone besides you (no co-stars, no kids — no one under 18 at all);
• nudity, sexual content, profanity, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, drugs, weapons, alcohol, or tobacco;
• anything political, religious, defamatory, or that breaks Instagram's or TikTok's rules.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any video that we believe does not comply with or is in violation of these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content.

If you win, your video may end up on a Times Square billboard, on Manychat's social channels, and elsewhere. Music licensed only by Instagram or TikTok doesn't transfer off-platform. If we pick your video as the grand prize winning video, you'll need to work with us to swap or clear the audio.

5. How we pick winners

A panel of five judges (3-4 from Manychat + 1-2 outside creators we work with) scores every eligible entry from 1-10 on four criteria, each worth 25%:

• Authenticity — does this feel like the real you?
• Creativity — is the take original?
• Drive — does it show you treat your content like a business?
• Relatability — will other creators see themselves in it?

Highest total score wins the Grand Prize. Next four highest wins the Runner Up Prize. If there's a tie for any prize, the higher Authenticity score wins; then Creativity; then Drive. We never use random tiebreakers. Judges who know an entrant personally have to recuse themselves on that entry. All judging decisions are final.

6. The prizes

Grand Prize (one winner) — total approximate retail value ("ARV") ~$11,100:

• Your face and Instagram or TikTok handle on a Times Square digital billboard (we will determine the exact billboard in Times Square and date / time)— ARV $100
• Two nights in NYC for you and a +1 (round-trip economy airfare + standard hotel) — ARV $3,500
• NYC experiences and a team dinner with Manychat — ARV $1,000
• Personal branding photoshoot (photos are yours to keep) — ARV $2,500
• Professional content shoot with Manychat (Manychat keeps this footage) — ARV $2,500
• One year of Manychat Pro — ARV $1,500

Travel prize for winner and one (1) guest (+1) includes round-trip coach-class air transportation (if applicable), hotel accommodations for 2 nights (one room, double occupancy) (collectively, the “Travel Prize”). All travel arrangements will be made by us or our designee. Winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of departure and must execute and return any required liability/publicity releases prior to travel. If winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Travel must occur on the dates and at the times designated by us, in our sole discretion, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. We reserve the right to structure travel itinerary in its sole discretion. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If the winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of New York City, we may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation, in our sole discretion, and no difference in prize value will be awarded. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all required travel documents and valid government-issued identification necessary for travel and hotel check-in, including compliance with any TSA or carrier requirements. Failure to possess required identification or travel documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize or portions thereof. Hotel accommodations consist of a single room, double occupancy. Winner or guest must provide a valid major credit card at hotel check-in and are responsible for all hotel incidental charges, including but not limited to room service, meals, beverages, telephone charges, parking, laundry, resort fees, gratuities, and any other personal expenses not specifically stated herein. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. No transfer, substitution, or cancellation of travel arrangements by winner is permitted once booked, except by us in our sole discretion. We shall not be responsible for any canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled transportation or other travel-related issues beyond its control, and no substitution or compensation shall be provided except at our sole discretion. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue, hotel, airline, transportation, and event rules and requirements. We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or deny participation to winner and/or guest from any prize-related activity if either engages in a disruptive, dangerous, unlawful, or inappropriate manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. We reserve the right to disqualify winner and/or guest and terminate any portion of the trip if winner or guest engages in dangerous conduct or conduct that could subject our or any released party to liability, damage to reputation, or public ridicule.

Runner-Ups (four winners) — total ARV ~$2,000 each:

• Your face on a digital billboard in your home metro area (we will determine the exact billboard location and date / time)— ARV $250
• One year of Manychat Pro — ARV $1,500
• Curated creator gift box — ARV $250

No cash equivalent for the prizes, prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. 

Taxes are your responsibility. Before we hand over any prize worth $2,000 or more, you'll need to give us a signed IRS Form W-9. We'll issue you a 1099-MISC if your prize ARV is $2,000 or higher.

7. If you win

We'll DM you from @manychat on your entry platform AND email you from [email protected] on or around July 31, 2026. You have 72 hours to respond. Within 72 hours of being contacted, you'll need to sign:

• an Affidavit of Eligibility,
• a Liability Release,
• a Publicity Release (so we can put you on the billboard), and
• for the Grand Prize Winner, a separate Winner Agreement covering the NYC trip and content shoot.

Grand Prize Winner’s +1 has to sign their own Liability Release and Publicity Release before the trip. If we can't reach you, you don't get back to us in time, you turn down the prize, or you can't sign the documents, we'll move to the next highest-scoring entry (up to three substitutions per prize before we leave it unawarded).

8. What we can do with your video

By entering, you give Manychat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, edit, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, and make derivative works from your video — in any media now or later invented — for:

• running the contest;
• recap and announcement content on our social channels, websites, YouTube, email, and event presentations;
• award submissions and case studies; and
• other marketing relating to this contest.

This does not cover paid third-party advertising — we'll ask separately if we want to do that. You promise the video is your own original work and that we can use it without violating anyone else's rights. We're not obligated to keep your video confidential, and we won't be liable to you if future Manychat content happens to resemble yours.

If you win and sign the Publicity Release, we can use your name, photo, voice, Instagram handle, city/state, and bio for advertising and promotion (including billboards), worldwide, in perpetuity, without paying you again.

9. Releases, limits, and the things every contest says

By entering, you release Manychat and our parents, affiliates, agencies, employees, and prize suppliers ("Released Parties") from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind from participating in the contest, accepting or using a prize (including travel and billboard appearance), the conduct of any winner or their +1, technical problems with the contest, or any cancellation or modification of the contest.

You also agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any third-party claim that comes from your entry, your video, or our use of your video as allowed here.

We're not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or anything outside our control. We can suspend, modify, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures, or anything else beyond our control compromises it — in which case we may select winners from valid entries received up to that point.

10. Instagram and TikTok

This contest isn't run by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or ByteDance. You're giving your info to Manychat, not them. You release each platform from any liability related to this contest.
‍

11. Disputes

Read this carefully. Any dispute between you and Manychat arising out of or relating to this contest will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The Federal Arbitration Act governs.

Class action waiver. YOU AND MANYCHAT AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS — NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR CAN'T CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER A CLASS PROCEEDING.

Before arbitration. First send us written notice of your dispute by certified mail to the address in Section 1, describing the claim and the relief you want. We have 60 days to try to work it out before either side files for arbitration.

Hearing and fees. If your claim is $10,000 or less, you choose whether the arbitration is on documents, by phone, or in person. If it's more than $10,000, AAA rules decide. If your claim is $75,000 or less and you ask, Manychat will pay all AAA filing and arbitrator fees, and if you win, your reasonable attorneys' fees too. We won't seek fees from you. If the class-action waiver above is ever held unenforceable, this entire arbitration section is void.

You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to seek punitive, indirect, consequential, special, or multiplied damages. The most you can recover is your actual out-of-pocket expenses (not including attorneys' fees, except as just described).

Governing law and venue. These rules and any contest dispute are governed by New York law (no conflict-of-laws). For any matter not covered by arbitration (or if arbitration is held unenforceable), the state and federal courts in New York County, NY have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Privacy

Information you give us is handled per Manychat's Privacy Policy at https://manychat.com/legal/privacy. We use it to run the contest, contact winners, deliver prizes, and meet legal obligations.

13. The fine print

• If any part of these rules is held invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce something here, that's not a waiver.
• These rules + any winner documents are the whole agreement on this contest.
• If our marketing materials say something different than these rules, these rules win.
